Check availabilityFree standard installation, a standard managed router and emergency backup. No contracts, no data caps and no required bundles. Compatible customer-owned routers and equipment upgrades are options.
Annual payment option: pay for 10 months and receive 12 months of service.
Rates confirmed October 22, 2026. Availability, installation scope and equipment requirements depend on your address and selected plan. Multi-gigabit service requires compatible equipment.
We have served Los Alamos since 1998. Tell us how your business works, where you need coverage and which tools you rely on. We will help you choose the connection and equipment that fit.

Check fiber availability, discuss wireless where fiber is not ready, and plan coverage for your workspace. Wireless availability depends on a site review and a suitable path.
Talk with us about VoIP and phone needs for your team. We will review the setup and provide the service and equipment details in your quote.
Discuss camera locations, network connections and viewing needs. Equipment and installation scope are quoted for your property.
Get help planning your business network, connected devices and equipment. Contact our team to review the work and support you need.
Phones, cameras and IT work are separate services quoted to your needs; they are not included in the fiber plan prices above.
Business plans include emergency backup at no extra charge. Backup capacity may be lower than your fiber plan and shared with other users. Working equipment, power and an available alternate path are required.
Existing LANet wireless customers moving to fiber may keep their antenna and active wireless backup at no extra charge. Manual switching needs compatible equipment. Ask us about a configured managed router for automatic switching; its price and ownership or rental terms must be confirmed separately.
The standard included router does not automatically mean automatic failover. Backup helps provide another way to connect; it does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
How fiber and backup work togetherWe check your street address and unit against current service information. Construction phases and projected dates are planning information, not an installation appointment.
We review availability and your needs, confirm the plan and property work, then coordinate outside work and the activation appointment. We set up and test the service before you change your existing connection.
Compatible customer-owned routers are an option. We will confirm equipment requirements for your plan, Wi-Fi needs and any backup setup. Keep your existing service until the new connection is working.
Send us your business address and unit, the number of people or devices using the connection, and any phone, camera or network needs. We will review availability and the next steps with you.
