Phase 1 White Rock Fiber Construction Update — September 2026
Fiber construction is moving forward in Phase 1. Crews are completing cleanup work in one neighborhood while preparing to begin construction in additional areas. Current Construction Activity Crews are cleaning up the Karen Circle area following fiber installation.
