Fiber construction is moving forward in Phase 1. Crews are completing cleanup work in one neighborhood while preparing to begin construction in additional areas.
Current Construction Activity
Crews are cleaning up the Karen Circle area following fiber installation. This work may include restoring affected ground, removing construction materials and completing final site cleanup.
Construction Starting Next
Construction is beginning near the west end of Grand Canyon Drive and Canyon Vista.
Residents may see construction crews, equipment and temporary work areas. Please use caution near active construction zones.

After work in Canyon Vista, construction is expected to continue into:
- Monte Vista
- La Vista
- Yosemite Drive
- Mesa Verde Street
- Valle Vista Street
- La Paloma Drive
Construction schedules may change because of weather, permitting, underground conditions or other factors. We will continue posting updates as work progresses.
Do Residents Need to Do Anything?
No action is required during neighborhood construction. However, residents interested in choosing LANet as their internet provider can pre-sign up now. Pre-signing up helps us communicate availability, installation details and future service updates.
