You have joined the fiber list. Here is what happens next, from checking your address to getting your connection working.
1. We check your address
We review your street address and unit and share the phase and availability information we have. Projected dates are estimates, not guaranteed installation dates. We use your contact details and permission to keep you updated. Free pre-signup records your interest; it does not place a service order, book an appointment or guarantee a place in an activation queue.
2. We confirm the plan and next steps
When your address is eligible, we confirm your plan and explain the work with you. Tell us how you use the internet and any property or equipment concerns.
3. Crews prepare the outside connection
Outside work includes utility locates and bringing the connection toward your property. Atomic Fiber described calling to schedule a property survey and discuss the entry point, indoor ONT location and route with you. Share irrigation, landscaping, driveway and access concerns. Outside work and the final activation appointment are separate steps.
4. We schedule activation and test the service
We arrange the appointment with you, connect and check the equipment, and test your service. Keep your current internet connection until the fiber is working.
